
Refunds & Returns Policy
At Kendall Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique artwork. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we provide the following guarantees and policies:
1. Consumer Guarantees (Faults & Damage)
If an artwork, including original oil paintings or ink works arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the online description, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Please inspect your art upon delivery and contact us at [info@kendallart.com.au] within 48 hours with photographic evidence to initiate a claim.
2. Change of Mind
Due to the unique and fragile nature of original art, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a purchase is finalized. However, for our print collections, we offer a 14-day exchange or store credit, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
3. Return Process & Costs
To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact our support team. We will provide instructions on secure packaging and a return shipping label. If the return is due to a fault, Kendall Art will cover all reasonable return shipping costs. For approved print exchanges (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
4. Processing Time
Once the returned artwork is inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
